Examples of Accumulation & Distribution
Accumulation is when ranges are small, and the volume drops. When there's less activity in the market.
Distribution is usually to the top. As itβs highly volatile, it can happen very quickly.
Re-accumulation is when itβs broken out of the first accumulation. And then the volume weakens again. It is a safer time to buy in.
If we learn how to identify these areas, we can get into the market at the right time.
